People don't like this, but it is not hard for me to say no at all. Matter of fact, I think I say 'no' more than I say yes!! Wow, the things you learn about yourself when you truly think about it! lol

No it is not hard saying no, but it do depend on the question, weather or not you could provide goods for their services

Sometimes for me it is, in this culture it is sometimes harder for females because we believe we are supposed to be people pleasers. The truth is you just have to give yourself a hard talking to, and just start doing it for your own sanity and rights.
