I was reading questions and answers about trying to conceive and it said go to the doctor and make sure you dont have any bacteria well the day befor i was to start ovulation the doctors office called and said that on my pap it showed i had a little bacteria so the gave me a one time gel and I did i took it that night the next night was when we you know tryed my period is due at the end of next week if i am preg do you think it will be a problem that I might of still had some of the bacteria in me?

Just mention your concern to your doctor. They now have a test for bacteria during pregnancy. I forget what it's called but if I remember correctly they just give you antibiotics during delivery to prevent the baby from being infected during birth. It's completely treatable and has no long term effects.

no, i don't think so, when i got preg, that is when i got a bacteria infection. my husband had to take some medication, and the bacteria stop.no it do not mean it is a std.

ask the doctor you shouldnt of had sex while on the medicine
