by the way, this delivery is going out of state to TN, i'm in ny-so i'd do the arrangement myself coz i am creative, but i can't deliver them! unless i flew down-thanks!

make sure when you search for an arrangment that you have typed simply "mug".
why not make your own? its so easy to do. A florist trick is to use floral tape or wire to create a grid ontop of the mug, this keeps flowers upwirght.
my favorite is to use a frog

I recently sent my Mom a "happy face" mug of flowers via an FTD florist near where she lives. I believe that is one of their specials right now. So do a search for FTD and the city you want them to go to.

Well how about this buy flowers or pick them...put them in a coffee mug and paint the mug!
( if u can i would strongly reccomend picking the flowers urself)
