I don't mean to be condescending but I think your problem primarily rises from the lack of knowledge of conversational English. As you can't comprehend what people are saying nor express yourself well enough you lose confidence. No need to panic. Go out and buy yourself a Learn-it-yourself book. make some friends who speak the language.

It is really hard when you learn English and then come to Britain and find that it is spoken so differently. I am English but when we moved to Liverpool I found I often couldn't understand a word that was said. Don't be embarrassed to say you don't understand and ask people to speak slower. Don't worry it will get easier. I don't know which city you are in but most of them have universities and you go go there and find out if there are any societies you could join. If you think you are being unfairly treated then go to a Citizen's Advice Bureau (CAB). Ask in your local library and they will tell you where to go. The CAB give advice for free and know all about employment regulations.

hiii ansari, its but natural to feel so in any new place for a while but eventually things will be fine. but do remember that only u can help urself and panicking or getting scared wont lead u anywhere closer to ur goal.
just get out of ur shell and get the feel of england and its beautiful culture and u will start appreciating things from a different persepective.

just stay calm. Don't answer questions you don't understand. Ask people to speak slowly and be patient. Speak to people who work with you and ask them what to do about not being trained properly.
