I am planning a Thailand/Malaysia/Singapore combined tour for around 12 nights. I would like to know whether the hotels mentioned below are good to stay in for a decent luxury stay. The trip would be extensive sightseeing oriented. I am mentioning the hotels as well as providing with a link to the exact itinerary.

I travel Asia for 15 year now and the hotels you mention is fine and high class with good service> I am not sure if you travel a lot or if this is your first trip, but I will give you some advise from personal experience, if you want to relax for a couple days in a place get a good hotel, if what you say extensive sight seeing, then don't worry about the hotel too much, you will only use it to sleep as you are out all day, so why waste money, and lastly, when you get back people ask you what you see, not how was the hotel, enjoy your trip.

Yes, the hotels are excellent.
I guess this is your first South East Asian trip.
I would say that its probably as good as can be done with no previous experience.
Some of the itinerary may be a bit naff for experienced visitors to Asia, but your mind will be blown so much by all the different sights and sounds right in the street that the odd naff place doesn't matter.
I'll bet you'll be back again next year, travelling without a tour, and digging a lot deeper into the different cultures.

Enjoy it - you'll remember it for the rest of your life.

The hotels you mentioned are not top luxury, but are very decent and should be comfortable, no problem.
Overall your itenery looks very packed and rushed. You get to do a lot of things, always with something on. If you are from US, have better amusement parks. If you have gone to Disneyland and dreamworld in US, then bangkok dream world and Malaysia genting outdoor theme park will disappoint.
It looks like to be good for someone who wants a quick tour of the area. You probably will have future trips on your own to Thailand, and a separate one to Malaysia and Singapore (combined).
You will miss out on what the destination has to offer as it is too rushed.
I don't like to rush to so many countries and places over such a short time. Overall I don't think I would recommend this as you don't get to experience what this area has to offer. Consider Malaysia and Singapore combined or Thailand (Bangkok, Pattaya, Chiang Mai).
I live in Singapore and travel regularly to Malaysia and Thailand, and have travelled to many countries. Just came back from Bangkok last month.

Yes, the hotels are all very decent and clean. However, I would not book this trip. It seems to me you are trying to crash everything ito 12 days and at the end you get to a little of everything but don't really get to know the country/culture/etc.

First off, if in Malaysia, you don't need to go to Sunway Lagoon. Its nothing more than an amusement park like Six Flags or Disneyland except it s much smaller. Plus Genting Highlands is a little town on the hills outsides of Kuala Lumpur. There are casinos and a small tea plantation. Malaysians go there to gamble and because its cool unlike the rest of the country which is hot & humid.

Plus, Singapore is very modern and has very little history especially if you are going to those places mentioned. The highlight of Singapore is probably Orchard road for shopping. Singapore is like Tokyo, if you don't know where you are going its only spectacular for the tall buildings but tall buildings are everywhere now.

Try to focus on one nation rather than 3, there are lots to see in Malaysia alone like going to Melaka or if you like the beach Tioman Island is great. The food in Malaysia is the same as Singapore except better. Go to Penang and try some of the speciality. Remember its hot and spicy.

Plus if cost is an issue, I'd go to Thailand. Phuket is excellent and very cheap. There are lots of hotels catering to westerners.

yeah you should combine the trip, because singapore only takes like a day and a half to see their tour places, cuz I've been there. It's quite a nice view at night in the city.

The hotels mentioned are decent.
However the places mentioned in each country really nothing much specially in Singapore. Three days there is boring as there is nothing to see in Singapore.
Pattaya: a beach is a beach and nothing else.
Bangkok: you'll tour the reclinding Buddah, bring you to gem stores and really push you to buy.
Genting: nothing special
Kuala Lumpur - same as Bangkok but KL is much better than Singapore.
For sure they will bring you to the Batu Cave, foul smelling place due to bat **** and roaming monkeys.

For me not worth it
