According to your profile and answer record you have very little interest in LGBT matters.
Yes there are forums for transgender/transsexual concerns.
There are also yahoo and usenet groups. Some of them are visited more than others.
If you type transgender forum into google you should find quite a few. Up to you to decide which one you want to visit.
