You don't. That's why bookmakers are able to stay in business. If you manage to cover every spread, then I'd dare say that you'll be unwelcome at your local bookie....or worse, that you'll be paid a visit by a few "gentlemen" who will have some "advice" for you in the future.

It is impossible. Why do you think Las Vegas builds million dollar casinos every year. That is why it is called "gambling". There is nothing sure about it.
