I think it would be Ichigo. After all, Inuyasha still hasn't defeated Naraku yet.... And Ichigo knows ban kai. Come to think of it, their personality are pretty similar. As for strenght, I think Ichigo would win.

Ichigo even without bankai. Ichigo can use shunpo which makes him move just as fast or maybe faster than Inuyashas brother.
