As I mentioned earlier, a force multiplier is any factor that increases a unit's effectiveness in combat. In a broader sense, it could mean any factor that improves anyone's effectiveness in any task. Optimism is the belief that things will turn out for the best, or a cheerful outlook, and perpetual means constant or ongoing. So this just means that being positive in your world view makes you more effective.

YES , optimisms lead us to a place of wonders , how your mind works and the exploration of your imaginations is infinite . we think in advance for our own goodness and for the benefit of others. We sometimes foresee ourselves like this and like that in the Future and the positive energy that comes along with us is great as if the road we have to take are all bed of roses....but with determinations and with seelf reliance , sure we can be a winner by choice.
