My initial response is no. Any new employer would not want to see that your time at a previous job was anything less than 1 year. Secondly, you quit - why? You can be sure that question will come up, and if you don't want it to, then don't list it.
But a good response to this question would need more information, such as what do you do? A consultant can get away with listing a 3-month assignment, since it is part of what they do. Same goes for an Independent Project Manager.
Therefore, I truly don't think it's a good idea, but it is related to what you are doing, and where you want to go.

If it's really relavent go ahead. But be prepared to answer questions about why you quit after such a short time. I worked in a retail job for about 2 months, but really got a lot out of it. I quit because I was moving. So I include it on mine and point out how it gave me additional customer service experience.

Well, you will either be explaining why you quit, which could be a very legitimate reason, or you will be answering why you had 3 months in between jobs, and then they will find out you left out information and wonder what you are hiding. Sorry, that was a horrible run-on sentence.

I wouldn't most places are looking for long term employees so if they see that you came and went real fast that might send up a red flag.

I say it's best to leave that out, say you were on a break in Timbuktu or somewhere.
