It is a social networking site where they plan to try to charge you for adding a lot of flashy things to your page. In fact, at http://www.wallop.com they are soliciting Flash programmers to create content to sell there. Wallop is by invitation only, so you have to know someone already on it to get on. But there is a link there that lets you send the Wallop creators (getinvited@wallopcorp.com) an email begging to be let in (so they can sell you stuff?).
