The first player has a forced win, but learning the winning strategy is probably beyond any human - too many lines to memorize. Computer analysis was needed to prove the win. I know there is a research paper on the Internet that reports the result. Do a search if you are curious what it has to say.
Of course, the fact that the game is a win for one player doesn't trivialize it. As I said, the win is too complex. We humans with our feeble minds can still enjoy it.

first if u r playing right but the other isnt then obviously u win
when the opponent is always blocking ur 4th coin and vice versa there will be no winner

are you talking about an online game? maybe a puzzle game, considering the name. Well, we lose and we win. Its expected. Maybe if you play it right, then yes. Sure. You'll win.

not true, anyone can get loss concentrating and miss an angle.I'm an activity directer at a senior center and we play all the time. Sometimes they beat me :)
