get a good syware programme, adaware or spybot search and destroy are 2 good free ones, then scan and delete any spyware found,if this does`nt get rid of it, turn off sys restore [start, control panel, system, system restore, check box to turn off system restore] scan in safe mode and then delete, when you restart computer remember to turn system restore back on. BUT REMEMBER IF YOU DO TURN SYSTEM RESTORE OFF, YOU WILL LOOSE ALL PREVIOUS RESTORE POINTS. hope this helps.

Just be aware that the System Restore feature which a lot of people suggest you use is a double edged sword. It is highly recommended to turn it off BEFORE attempting to remove virus's or spyware as this feature makes a duplicate copy of the virus/spyware automatically. The result is you zap the virus/spyware and lo and behold it re-appears again from where?--from the unzapped copy which System Restore has created. When you run your anti-virus or spyware removal utility it does not have access to the "System Restore" which is almost like a safety deposit box of your settings files etc.

sometimes is called system restore...go to your accessories then to system tools then to system restore follow the prompts. this doesn't always work so if you want to get rid of it and guard yourself against getting it again go to www.spybot.com they have a free version you can use, also consider purchasing a mcafee security suite.or going to their website, they offer a 30 day free trial..i had lots of problems with spyware, adware etc and once i installed these, which i think cost a total for the two of 60 bucks i haven't had any problems...good luck

possibly it would work if you are using windows need to use system restore it is at START => All Programs=> Accesories => System Tools => System Restore.
You have nothing to worry about because if it doesn't make any difference you can restore to how it was before you roll back

The only thing I heard of is when the computer starts up you press F1 and select Last good known configuration. It most probably won't help your problem. Anyway you have to be more specific in your description to diagnose you're problem.

Right click on MY COMPUTER and go to system restore. Choose the date you wish to restore to. This works well ONLY if it is turned on and you are using Windows Xp.
