Yes, vitamin E is very good for the skin. Same with vitamin K. Make sure that you get enough sunshine, and drink lots of water, Green tea is proven to improve complexion too.. Esspecially Korean Green Tee.. Your face will be glamourous! I like Olay Regenerist, and Nuetrogena All Day Moisturizing cream.

I am not sure whether you are talking about applying it to the face or taking it as a pill. That said, if you suffer from acne, you should not apply it to your face, but you can take it as a pill. There are a lot of moisturizers that contain Vitamin E, but again, make sure that your skin is not acne prone. Try Nivea moisturizer for dry skin. It contains Vitamin E.

Vitamin E, is one of the best things you can use for your skin. Also good for helping to heal sores. Avenno makes a great moisturizer with vitamin E in it.

Yes Vitamain E is basically good for any part of your body. I like Aveeno Positively Radiant moisturizer, I also like Clean and Clear's Morning Glow Moisturizer.

When my grandma,cancer and all,was 84 she had skin of a 50 year old. She swore by Noxema and Coco Butter. But Vitamin E is good for your skin. Get coco butter with vitamin E.

I had surgery on my eye - my doctor prescribed Vitamin E for the scar while it was heading....you can't even see it now. And yes vitamin E is overall good for the skin

I use the vitamin e sticks you can buy at Wal-Mart, they work good for less than $2.00. I just put it where I think I may get wrinkles and rub it in. Works just fine for me and a heck of a lot cheaper than surgery!

I put straight Vitamin E on my face before and it broke me out severe. So be careful. If you start breaking out, discontinue use.

if it is normal you can choose from the whole range available. choose a texture and smell you like, that doesn't make it oily or needy after a while. Oil of Olaz, oil of Ulay, or where ever you are from but that fluid is the best EVER!
