i suggest u apply to all hotels, since a majority of them are the ones that have classes. habtoor grand resort, jumeirha beach resort and spa, jumeriah beach hotel, madinat jumeriah, inter continental, le meridian etc.also chk emaar the property developers as they have mini clubs in thier town houses.
actually u can log on to the jumeriah website, they might have a link for recruitments. but there are no clubs as such.mostly gyms with squash.good luck
