yes because it can turn into cervical cancer and if not treated also go to your uterus and cause uterin fibrosia (uterin cancer) and can cause you to have to have a hysterectomy. However if you are low risk then you just need to pay attention to your body and let the virus sun its course..If you are high risk (cervical cancer) like i was then you need to have it removed asap and go see the OB for a pap every 3 months for a year and then every 6 months for 3 years after that to make sure it does not come back because it does spread very fast. Good luck and talk to your doctor..like i said i was high risk i had cervical cancer that covered 85% of my cervics..so mine was worse case senerio...im only 19 tho but i can still have children.
PS I have never gotten warts neither has my fiance....EVER! so not everyone does...it just imediatley infected my cervic and it was not warts it was mutating cells that caused cervical cancer..

Get it checked out at your OB/GYN. HPV can rationale infertility and cervical cancer, you need to see a health care professional, there's no manner that any person on yahoo solutions would recognize this, you most likely must seek medical attention and must do so ASAP.

only if it goes untreated. Those warts are everywhere and yes they can block the cervix. But it is best to not even try to start having a baby until the break out is totally gone. A child born vaginally to a mother with an outbreak can go blind. And that child will have that virus all over their skin there whole lives.
