formating my saver?

i'm the owner of a small internet cafe with 15pc. a little while ago my saver just went out. now i can't reconfigure the saver. pls help... i don't have a tech close by..

Saver? I think you mean server. Its the pc that all the other ones connect to? your question is to bland to answer.
