I saw alot of vessel appear on both legs ,my girl friend doesn`t want to do injection ,she quite fat ,she need some advise or home remedy,once the Dr gave a oil blam to her but doesn`t work.thanks

Did not the doctor advise her to wear elastic hose? It will help alleviate pain and diminish the possibility of the veins becoming enlarged.
Loss of weight will help tremendously.

sounds like years of working on concrete floors. over weight doesn't help but a change in diet can change pain levels and help your long term health , unfortunately there is nothing short of Lazar surgery for varicose veins . Try some tiger balm in the mien time and see if that can reduce some of what she is feeling
