On its face, I DON'T like the trade; however, I don't know the makeup of your team either, nor do I know what kind of scoring system used by your league.
With that said, I agree with the first responder. Chambers was hyped as a top receiver because it looked as though Culpepper was going to perform at his prior level. That has not occurred and thus Chambers numbers have suffered. He actually lucky to even have that one TD catch which he had to dive to make against the Bills. Unless Culpepper picks it up, and his performance against the Titans doesn't show that he will, Chambers numbers will not be representative of a top receiver this year.
Coles has restored his stats to what he did his first year in Washington. With Chad Pennington throwing the ball as he did before his injury, it looks like Coles will at least be picking up yards and receptions (if they count in scoring in your league). He'll also have some TD opportunities, especiallly if the Jets are behind and Pennington has to go to the air to compete.
Lamont Jordan appeared to be a potential first round back until the Raiders first game this season. With no viable offense, Jordan will struggle to get yards because the offensive line is poor and their is no passing game which the opponents have to protect against. Thus they can stack the box against Jordan. He's more likely to get banged up and possibly have some fumbles with defenses focusing on him.
McAllister has shown that he is recovered from his injury. Although he is splitting carries with Bush, Bush is also lining up at WR, so McAllister is still getting about 20 carries per game. Although he won't always score a TD, McAllister is the goal line back and is averaging nearly 90 yards a game -- and that is with him splitting carries with Bush. Considering the Saints performance against the Falcons last night, who had yet to give up a TD, until they went into New Orleans, it looks like both the Saints and McAllister could have a great year.
I don't think the trade benefits you on any level unless the Raiders develop an offense, particularly a passing game, and Culpepper finds his old stroke and starts connecting with Chambers frequently.
Good luck.

I do not like the trade either. I do think that Chambers will be a stud receiver as soon as culpepper settles into the offense. So I think Coles and Chambers will be an even deal. But where the trade came up short was your running backs. Jordan is good but the raiders are horrible and without a line to make holes he can not make any yards. I think by the end of the year you will regret this trade and primarily because of the running backs.

I don't like that trade. Chambers has been underperforming because Culpepper is struggling. Jordan is just on an awful Raiders team and may not score a touchdown the whole season.
Coles has been doing well with the Jets and McAllister was guaranteed at least goal line carries with the Saints.
