I have done. You've got to sit on towel tho. I only stayed in there about 10 minutes, but that was more to do with the fact that I hate saunas, not because I was naked.

I have, in both co-ed and same sex saunas. I could never figure out why someone would go to a sauna and keep clothes or a towel on. That defeats the entire reason for going to the sauna. I remember one time that a guy actually wore a terry cloth robe in the sauna, both dry and steam rooms, and proceeded to tell me how I should "put something on" instead of being so disgusting as to be naked in public!
Go figure...

Why wouldn't I sit in a sauna naked? I have and will do it again. Who wants to sit wearing some sweaty towel or clothes. I believe the purpose of a sauna was so the toxins can clean out the pores of you skin.

In most cases at the bathhouse/sauna you are given towel to wear. In the spa you go naked and at the sauna most guys use the towel to sit on and are naked. Some saunas have dim lights and the steam adds to enjoyment and pleasure.

For me,I'm wouldn't might if another do the same.I'm go sauna to enjoy the relaxing moment.If in cloth free,I'm think it will make the person feel really out of the stress......So I'm will sit naked in a sauna.

yes i would sit naked in a private sauna not a public one with other people,the feeling of being naked in hot water is so great,i recomend u in trying it,but not in public sauna .

I used to go in saunas but unfortnately I read a scientific article on how much disease is cooking in them that I can't do it any more. But when I did it I loved being naked with other people.
