Dude, they do all the background checking by asking ur neighbours, colleagues in office and from ur friends. They ask about ur character, how u behave in socitey, how helping u r, if u r an alcoholic, and even how much u earn.
So, they know alot more about u. Dont live in the illusion that they dont.
