I believe you should record each of these events. What I mean is that they may be related to a specific time of the day or health condition. Dehydration may be one of these conditions. If you are dehydrated and fold your upper body over toward your knees, it may cause the same symptoms you just described and perhaps, headaches and others. Hypoxia (diminishing of oxygen carried by your red blood cells) to the brain and to your retina cells (which depend on this oxygen) is another cause for you to see starts after changing from sitting to standing or other positions. Blood pressure is the third most common cause of dizziness in people who may know or not they carry this disease.
Talk to your physician in case these symptoms are a trouble in your day-to-day life.
Hope this information is helpful for you.

Do you have any known problems with blood circulation? Are you over weight? Any heart conditions? There are so many factors involved that it will be very difficult to get a straight answer here. I would go to the doctor asap. Good luck!

It's because of the air pressure. You see it happens to most people. Don't worry, it happens to me and i'm not worrying. If you have a medical condition, then I would suggest that you conult your Doctor. Don't rush! There is no rush! Just do it when oyu can and in your own time!!
I hope that has answerd you question. Many plesures to do so.

when you lay on your stomach you position your head differently and restrict blood flow and oxygen to the brain, so its like "knocking the wind" out of it the reaction is dizziness and vision impairment
