i would say a cow. i have about 20 but only one of them is my pet . you do know you have to have about 6 acres per cow you have, maybe more or less depending on how good the land is. and cow also require vaccinations and have to sprayed for flys, do your research before hand. you dont just buy a cow and stick in the pasture and feed it every now and then.plus if you have a bull you can make money of the babies.

Neither make very good pets. But if you live in an apartment in the city get a fish. If you live in the country with barn & pasture get a cow. At least with a cow you can show him/her at the fair & get prise money or sell him.her for beef.

That depends upon where you live. On a farm, you have room for several cows, but in the city, you don't. I don't want either as a pet. My only pet is Miyuki, a 97 pound female Homo sapiens who is housebroken and fetches my slippers.

Lemme see. Cows leave HUGE poops and fish leave poops the size of their food which you only have to clean up when the tank is due for a cleaning. You be the judge! lol

I don't think either make good pets. If you live on a farm, get a calf and try to train it. Good luck. Fish just swim around and are pretty to watch.
