magically a ditraction happened and this guy and an an actual; back up squad of 6 other members inc his wife the pres who backed him up the whole way -and i escaped-they were accusing me of "living in my garage" sorry i own a 1200 sq ft condo a few steps away .ludicris-i cant believe this-police arrest /jail him-asked what i did to warrent the gun-he couildnt think of an answer-now what -i'd like to get comped somehow-think of it my hoa -gunning for me-for no reason at all but perhaps to weed out a character unlike that of which they ve deemed different -this was a execution attempt if ever there was -im in vegas and hope the news paper prints a story on this-now what do i do?

2. Sue his employer. Even if you have to sue for the small claims court limit.
3. Get an article in the newspapers.
4. Make sure CCTV pictures are preserved. Write down everybody's name.

Calm down and see a lawyer. Take your revenge the American way and sue him for his own condo. If it's his first offense, you won't get justice through the courts. They are very crowded and will plea bargain this down to something ridiculous just to clear the court. Sue him.

first of all the homeowner association members are not police. if they assaulted you verbally or physically and you were in your property. i would file charges for harrassment. simple. I am a a board of directors member on my homeowner association and we can be sued by anyone at any time. its in the bylaws. did you read your manual,? it seems they themselves have vialated quite a few.
