for got to mention it is on the orange network at the moment and would like this to be opened to all networks do 4 them dimwits tht have just answered next time save the bother if u dnt know wat ur on about

No, have no clue what you're talking about. Try calling the manufacturer. If the phone is in your name, you own it. Get a job and earn more money and stop buying things for other people.

Sorry to i don't get what your question is and what i can say is try to bring the phone to unlock phone shop that have the service and please stop buying things for others (just do it for special occasion only.)

if ur phone is locked coz of typing wrong unlock code, u can try calling your service provider and request and PUK - personal unlock code.
