WEB PAGE NAME is the title of the page.
(yahoo!)

WEBSITE AND URL are the same thing. They are the address of the page.

URL is an abbreviation of Uniform Resource Locator, the global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web.
The first part of the address indicates what protocol to use, and the second part specifies the IP address or the domain name where the resource is located.

Nothing. They are like "car" and "automobile". Different names for the same thing. URL is the "tech" name for it. Web page name or web address is the "common" name for the same thing. Web page name is also used to refer to nicknames like "My Yahoo" rather than "yahoo.com". URL is not used for the nicknames, so often a tech person will ask for the URL to avoid getting a nickname for the site.

The web page name is shown in the title bar of your browser (for example, this site's name is Yahoo! Answers). The URL is the actual address that is typed to go to the web page (http://answers.yahoo.com)
