It can be done and has been done, lots. My boyfriend got me to do if for the first time about 1 year ago. It is a g spot orgasm and has to be stimulted from the inside. Pornography is really messing up peoples sex lives more than it is helping. Most of what is portrayed in these videos is so far from reality that it's unattainable. It messes up our prespective and makes us want something that isn't real or unattainable.
If your wife and yourself love eachother and have fulfilling sex lives neither one of you should get hung up on what you see in these manufactured videos.

Unfortunately a lot of those videos are staged. They put fluid into the woman. Sometimes it can be done but not like on the gross out videos.

The only way is through clitoral stimulation. She might want to try doing it herself first because it's difficult for someone else to bring it on (if she's never done it before)... also, going down on her will probably bring it on, however, you might not notice as much.
