Depends on what your degree is. I used to work for Baptist Health. They are always on the "Best Places to Work" list that's put out by Forbes magazine. They have great benefits. They have several hospitals in South Florida. You could work in administration or records or whatever until you find something in your field. geepers i get tons of job offers on there all the time.

It is practically a necessity to be bi-lingual (English/Spanish) in Broward/Dade counties however.

Also don't rule out living a little farther North, like Aventura.
SoBe is going to be expensive, of course.
