Ideas for your computer system.

Talking requires you to purchase and plug in a mike into the correct sound card jack hole.

Go onto the Internet and seek updates for your computer. you may be missing some necessary software.

Check your computer Windows and Internet permissions settings. My guess is some of these are wrong for
use with yahoo.
