Honestly, I don't know how to hypnotize people. I just wanted to see how to, so I answered your question to see the answers. I have always been curious to see people on T.V. do funny stuff under hypnotics. I wondered if it was real or not. I also wonder if it would really do good at losing weight....or coming off medications you don't need to do......, because you don't want to take something that might be harming your body .
