totally Bush is more neglectful. Bush waiting for 8 months before going to Afghanistan, then did a u-turn to Iraq without even coming close to the target. Secondly, he sat and read to those children for 8 minutes before he was wisked off to safety to camp David. Third, he has yet to do anything to set a plan in action to get Bin Laden out of there. Clinton had to clean up after daddy Bush, but he surely didn't take his good ol'e time doing it. So what if Clinton had a skank give him pleasure, what man would find that offensive. Bush didn't do anything for 3 days after hurricane Katrina, and still isn't doing anything to help those people. Bush is a war president, just like his father and every Republican president we have had. Go to Washington, DC and sit in at capitol hill and listen to those stupid politicians. None of them have a clue. You will never get a "perfect" president as long as those idiots are running congress.

Clinton by a mile.....I mean look at him, be honest. Monika...his own wife ....how could anyone keep there mind on the matters of state when there personal life is or was a shambles and then facing the real possibility of impeachment! Cmon everyone be real!
