its a mystery to me, because you have a cut off of answering
below a certain level. Does one "Buy" points on here or something,
like those on-line games in Korea?
BTW, I'm not interested in buying points if thats the case.

no, you just keep coming back day after day and you play each day until your points run out for answering questions. then when you ask questions, always pick a best answer b/c then you get +3 pts. plus if someone else picks a best answer of yours you get +10 pts and that's how the pts really add up.

Well, I think the cut-offs are in place to keep spammers or "trolls" from joining, and then immediately posting a thousand rude or nonsense answers just for fun - Yahoo hopes that if you've taken the time and work to earn more answers, you'll use them for good rather than evil. That said, people don't buy points - they just answer as many questions as they can, vote as much as they can, and hope for "Best Answer" rewards - which, at 10 points awarded for each, can really add up.

I've accumulated 2000 points that way, and I've never even met my limit for daily answers/votes. I also don't ask a lot of questions.

It really does take some time and work though. The people with the most points usually have spent a fair bit of time here, and also have a decent "Best Answer" percentage.

Finally, it's worth noting that the points are essentially meaningless status symbols that we are all willing to bend over backwards for.

There's no short cut. Just keep answering questions and try and give it your best. Each best answer is 10 points so always try and give good advice or have an extremely good comeback. In my experience though, good advice gets more best answer than great comebacks.

Good Luck and keep answering, yes day after day. :)

They do an identical element with various my questions (in the experience that they even enable them get printed in any respect). they are very anal about particular matters (somewhat of a sexual nature), and there would not look any consistency as to what they help you to submit, and what they received't. Yahoo solutions can kiss through butt!!

No,you don't buy points. They accumulate everyday. 1 point for logging in,2 points for each answer you give, and 10 points if you'rs gets chosen as best answer. It may seem slow-going at first, but they soon mount up
