Why do women complain about how men are jerks, when it's jerks that women want?

Women are constantly giggling about and flirting with men who mistreat them, and then after they've dated/married the jerk, those same women complain about it.

I mean, how insane and irrational is that?

I agree with you mike. But have you ever heard the saying of loving someone for the very same reasons of why you hate them. Women look for qualitys in men that insinuate strength, and yet it is that very strength that causes them confilict.
And sometimes you even have to go farther into the psychi of the woman. She may be attracted to jerks as you call them because in alot of ways her own father could have been a jerk. It's really complicated, and sometimes borderline bizarre, But women also think they can change men but forget that if they change them then the very reason of why they love them changes too. It's bizarre I admit

Oh by the way I am a woman who understands that although my husband can be a strong pig headed uncompromising oaf, that pisses me off. It is the very reason of why I love him go figure

women usually giggle at these guys before they find out they will be mistreated by them when they are just the hot guy and if your were mistreated by a guy then married him your probably a drama queen

Good question!! What is wrong with the human spirit? I think it has something to do with ego and passion and excitement and the perverted desire for drama in our lives.
