Prop86 is actually an agreement between 'Big tobacco and the U.S. Gov. they will share in the Billions of$$ raised by 86

None that I have seen. I hear a lot of people say that they will quit if the price goes any higher but they never do. I solved my problem by getting my smokes off the Indian Reservation. I pay $10.00 for a carton. In town it would cost me $7.50 a pack.

It will not stop smoking. No matter how high the taxes get.
