I need a little help from ESL/EFL Teachers, especially from those who have been teaching English Through Music and Drama (ETMAD). It's my first time to develop a course curriculum in ETMAD (30 hours). Can someone help me on this? What are the essential topics that I should include or teach?A sample course outline would be great.Thanks.

I work with a man who did his Master's thesis on "The Effects of Rhythm on the Acquisition of a Second Language". Part of his research looked at using music to teach ESL/EFL, and he actually found that rhythm had no effect on the acquisition of the second language. Thus, I'm hard-pressed to believe that ETMAD is a very effective way of teaching languages. A student would probably do just as well learning English through golf.
