Yes VirusBurst is what we call a rogue antispyware program because it uses false positives to make you think that it is actually finding anything on your computer.

AVG AntiVirus Free Home Edition and Spybot Search and Destroy. Both available for free, both low profile programs that don't hog system resources, both frequently update themselves.

Your computer's infected with the VirusBurst Trojan. The error notice is the VirusBurst fake alert.

Go to your control panel & see if it has been downloaded & if so,then uninstall it. Next go through your files & delete anything that has virusburst.com on it. Hopefully this will get rid of it. Good luck.

You should turn your caps lock off before you post anything...all caps means you are yelling. You have spyware. Use the smitrem.exe tool from this site:
