Plz tell me the price i have to pay for a size change? i want to change 34 B to 38 D.

Do not do it, you will suffer a sever back pain.
Just first try padding the larger size bra and see how you feel, it will be very uncomfortable and pain full.
People who seek enlargement try to achieve your size as a rule, from smaller size.
Most go for one or two size larger cup.
If you still need the size that you have in mind, for any reason such as job, then see a doctor(plastic surgeon in your telephone book), he will let you know what it cost, and advice you on possible size ........

atleast 20,000. You can pay in installments also.
It wont show any marks. It looks natural. After surgery you will have marks for sometime, but they will vanish later.
One suggestion, 36 looks more natural. Thats what most woman opt for. But if find 38 attractive, its ur choice.
