Henry IV was first Plantagenet king of England who usurped the throne from Richard II

Young Prince Henry suceeded to throne after IV and became Henry V.

After Henry V died young...Infant Henry came to throne as Henry VI.

Henry IV (1367-1413) was not a Tudor, but was a Plantagenet King, of the House of Lancaster. His son Henry V (1387-1422) ruled after his death.

Seems to me Henry IV was a Plantagenet, not a Tudor. But (not surprisingly) he was followed by Henry V

Or perhaps you mean Henry IV of FRANCE who was around in Tudor times (1589-)? He was succeeded by Louis XIII in 1610.
