so you're a boy (teenager)
no you won't become sterile
if you are a man (say 24/5 and over) and still having wet dreams -see a psychologist because you are what's known as oversexed and need some councelling

Well... The more frequently you ejaculate the lower the sperm count in the semen will be. Men who try to get their wives/girlfriends pregnant by having sex multiple times a day may be having a lot of fun, but are lowering their mate's chances of conceiving.

no. men are made to spread there seed, as they say! You could have a million orgasms and still be OK. Guys are built for this, it is natural don't worry.The only thing that can make you sterile is a vasectomy. or certain drugs. They say marijuana can , but I don't believe it I have to much evidence to the contrary.

No. In the same way that masturbation doesn't make you sterile, wet dreams, or nocturnal emission, will not make you sterile. You'll be alright.
