I decided since I can afford it now. I would get my teeth straightened. The secretary at work dedided she would get some too. She gets hers done before I even have a chance, now I look like the copy cat. She is even looking to buy the same car that I'm getting.
My brother and his wife do the same thing. They, copy my vacations and talk about how much better it was than mine. They even tried to buy my car too, but they couldn't afford it.
Why can't people be original? Am i wrong to not want all of these wanna bees following everything I do?

Well, this sounds very frustrating but maybe you can take some comfort from the saying that "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery". I guess I am saying that you should be flattered that all these people think you are so cool as to want to copy you. And you can be secure in yourself knowing that you were the first, cause what does it matter what other people think? You know it and that's good enough!

I had a pal like this once..... it really is kinda problematic to inform them that they favor to end copieng you without hurting your thoughts. People are like sheep so they like to copy each other its human nature. If you are in a crowd like the carnival dont you see people following each other??
