my doctor shouts at me sometimes and if i dont show for an appointment, that i cancel in good time, the next time the dr is funny with me and says sarcastic things to me like 'great' and 'fantastic', when i disagree.
would u change ur dr? what should i do now cause im frightened to go back there?

Change your doctor I did mine did not shout but to say was unsympathetic was an understatement. No time for you and just wrote out a perscription for the sake of it. So I asked around family and friends to see if their doctor was ok and just went along and signed up. No problem, painless and much better Please change your doctor if they make you feel like that what if you ever get really ill and to scared to go it could be to late.
They are not god some just think they are!

Yes, change doctors and report him, he should not be allowed to treat you like that and you shouldnt feel frightened. It depends on the area you live in, but to change doctors all i had to go was go to a new practic and they send off for your notes.

He shouldn't shout. Report him to the area committee.
My Dr. is great. He always explains what he is doing & why; then checks I understand & that I agree.

No i am not but we did have a Dr at our surgery once that made me feel like shite .. things he said etc ..... u can either complain to the practice owner or change Docs!

You should change your doctor if you feel in any way uncomfortable. They are there to support you when you feel ill and shouting at you is not going to help.

Hi, personally I don't like my family doctor because he makes comments about my mums ill health costing too much money, but in your case if he makes you feel scared I would request another doctor and report your current doctor for his conduct.

Good god! register with a different doctor this one has no Idea how to treat patients, you should never feel scared of your doctor you should be able to be confident with any problems you have, get away from this one quick smart

you should chose a dr. that you're comfortable with and who takes your concerns seriously. this guy sounds like a real tool. maybe you could report him or something.

If I'm not comfortable with a doctor, i would change doctors.
