Say it in the morning when you wake up, and right before you go to bed, and as often in between as you can get away with. End every conversation with "I love cheese".
Even that might not be enough.

Ya know, I'm lactose intolerant, but there are times when I just can't stay away from pizza or a big ole glass of milk and some oreos. They're my weaknessess.

Confess away. I am a cheeseoholic too. If I buy it I have to cut it up and freeze it otherwise I just eat the lot.
