They are mammals and complex organisms, they produce sexually, when a male inseminates the egg of the female after a certain gestation period, the female gives birth to a litter of cubs, and instinctively chews off the umbilical cord.
In case you were wondering about difficult words, the gestation period is the amount of time the mother carries the unborn young in the womb. Example with Homo Sapien (humans) the gestation is approximately 9 months.
Sexually in this context simply implies that two entities of opposite gender but basically the same genus and/or species come together mate and when they part ways the female is impregnated, it is not innuendo.

They mate, the same as any other mammal. Sperm + Egg = Embryo, + Incubation = Live birth.

they plant a seed in the great pumpkin patch....ooops wrong story. ok they meet in bars and after a long courtship...dang wrong again. ok here it is, they ???? hmmm I guess i just dont know any bears well enough to ask one. so I guess the bar theory is as good as any
