While you are alive there will be times when it is as good as it gets for now. Live in the now. Everyone is crucified between two theves... the one on the right is the regret of the past, on the left is the fear of the future.
Making your now as good as it gets is often a matter of viewpoint. You can choose to look at something in a different way any time you wish. Most get angry when a tire is flat. I feel great that the other three are still holding.
