i am engineering graduate in electronics &comm .either correspondance mba or m.tech will better?

i am engineering graduate in electronics and comm. currently working as installation engg. in airtel.i want to study correspondingly further.i am confused about whether corresponding MBA or M.TECH will better.

MBA is second option because by doing your MTECH you are enriching your knowledge and by doing MBA you are picking up skills.Also try and find out if there any institutions which have flexible timings for working people and join it.Else find out whether your employers can sponsor you for MTECH (tell them that you will pay for your course).
