The median of a set of values is the value of the middle term when the set is arranged in order of magnitude.
6, 9, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15.
So the median here is 10.

to calculate the median of any given set of data, proceed as:

arrange them in ascending order (or, if u wish, descending order)

if the number of terms is n,
if n is odd then pick the (n+1)/2 th term as median
if n is even then average the n/2 th and (n+2)/2th terms to get the median

so here, the arrangement is: 6, 9, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15
n=7; pick 4th term
so median = 10
