Complex organism: any being that consists of more than one cell generally accepted as having several different types of cells that form several types of tissue systems and organs.

Simple organism (or unicellular Organism) an organism that has only one cell.
A bear is a complex organism comprised of many cells.

definitely more cells....
a single cell organism can never reach tha size of a seed
let alone a bear sized one...
