I LIVE IN KEY WEST AND MY YARD IS FILLED WITH IGS, THEY EAT EVERYTHING THAT HAS FLOWERS, AND SOME THAT DONT. IVE TRIED THE IVORY SOAP SPRAY, BUT IT WAS LIKE A CONDOMENT TO THEM. THANKS

Try "crown of thorns"(Euphorbia milii splendens) which is a plant having stems covered with spines. It is almost like a cactus. If you don't water it: it just grows as a thorny plant. If you water it: it will get green leaves and pretty flowers.
