Has Freeview been taken over by quiz programmes. Some of the questions are an insult to your intellegence and will empty your bank account in no time at all. Has anybody ever come out with more money than they started with?

Please no more quiz channels, do they know how annoying they are when you come form work late night early morning and there is nothing on but quizzes lets get a pittition together for more decent programs in the night

I like the way you pay 75p even if you are NOT connected.
I like to play along at home, but no way would phone in however much the presenters beg. It amuses me when they try to look as if they are puzzled and really interested.
One has a game where if you do actually win, if your Birthday is next on a random calendar you win a bonus. So a 1:365 chance then.
Tried the Internet once, but I expect it is done so a call is more likely to be answered. Ie longer connection delay...
Quiz Night Live on FTN is the best one. They are actually funny at times. Plus Victoria Letch is on it. :) I have occasionally watched the Mint.

I agree with Dollydress in what is they said. every time i come home from work or from night out im fed up of them. I did win a few times on one called Quiz TV (that now off air) by the free entry i never did ring in as it is a rip off, as i know a mate of mine who did not have Internet ring in a few times as she said but when she got the bill it was more like every second and got a massive bill that you could payed to go abroad with for two weeks, To be honest i think more people stop playing as much now with the cost of the call, it is a tad too high even when you dont get through . But now they put more on the likes of TV cable sky it does get a tad boring when they on every channel. so i hope i there not going to be no more.

No, the presenters have to be the most annoying and vain people on television and Im sure that they fix some of the quizes as well. Why dont channels just show repeats of decent programmes and save the cost of making such swill.

Logic says that those people who get the really big prizes (like that one with the vault) will make a 'profit'. But logic also states that the people running these shows must be making money out of it and therefore there's always goingto be more losers than winners.

We should have pop-up blockers on our tv sets, stop those money sucking quizzes coming up on our screens.

Just ignore them by choosing favourite channels on your box. They are annoying though...
