Any squashes, steamed!! Acorn, banana, zuccini, butternut, all so Yummo!!! Whole wheat honey bran muffins, lots of banana's first thing in the morning, before, your coffee, or tea, or anything in the mouth.. Have a banana, wait, oh about 15-30 minutes, after you've eatin' the whole banana, and then have your whole bran-honey muffin.. You want to talk about ENERGY!! Naturally!! Then have your coffee... Okay, for lunch, honey baked chicken with garlic, on it.. put a tad of water in your baking pan... Yummo, throw in a baked potatoe or two!! Have some of those steamed vegeez, with your baked chicken, or baked salmon, with the baked potatoe, "NO-BUTTER" only salsa, on it !! Your body does need a certain amount of salt, and salsa has it.. this diet doesn't have hardly any salt in it... Have a slice of whole wheat bread, along the side of your lunch, and you can eat as much vegeez, as you want, with NO-Butter, on them!!! You will learn to appreciate the real taste of food, with this diet... And MAN-OH-MAN, are you going to have TONS, of ENERGY!!!! I am not kidding, either!! Not only will you have alot of energy, but, you will be just so "Uplifted" and "Happy" all the time!! Thats what a Wonderful diet this is.. Drink lots of good water all day, to go along with all of this, and for snacks, I used to buy those mini-Red Deliscious, apples, and eat those in between!! Or carrot sticks, and celery sticks!! No dressing with those!!! Its all the dressing & salt intake thats made 1/2 of America, over weight!! Seriously!!! Okay, for the salmon, just bake it with some evoo, on it.. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, on it.. this is one of theee most healthiest of the Oils!!! And I would imagine less calories than butter, and way better for you, cholesterol wise.. Stay away from dairy products!! Or all sorts, milk yogurt, cottage cheese, butter eggs. Its all bad for your cholesterol levels!! And remember, Milk was made for a 400 pound calf, not humans!!! With this diet, you wont need the vitamins milk has in it anyway!! Plus, alls milk does is turn to glue in our digestive track!! Read the "Fit for Life" book!! You'll be amazed what they've got to say, about America's way of eating, and what they consider healthy!!! Get you some sunsweet prune juice,or any kind of juice, thats 100% juice, and doesn't have a ton of "Corn syrup" in it !! Carrot juice is good for you!! Oh by the way the baked potatoe, every night with your lunch and dinner, is so loaded with Potasium, which is good for your heart, right along with Sunsweet Prune juice!!! This is one diet, you surely wont regret!!!! I am so serious!! When I started this diet many years ago, I was like 10 pounds over-weight, and not only did I lose that 10, but I lost more like 30 pounds from it!!! I was so skinny, in those days!!! If your not looking to get skinny from it, but just healthy, you will definately have the energy, to work out, and get some 6-Pack, Action going on !! Kid you not!! So you'll be "One lean-mean 6pack machine!!!" Smile & Happy Eating to you!!!! P.S. any kinds of fruits & vegeez, will be suffice!! You could even just buy frozen.. but, I wouldn't do the can stuff.. There loaded with all kinds of salts!!! And preservatives, I'm sure!!! Good-Luck, to you!!!

My top three Super-Foods would have to be the following:

Bio-K Plus (a type of yogurt that contains way more acidopholus & live cultures than regular yogurt)- see www.biokplus.com for more info on this. They have recipes on their website.

Kale, Mustard and Collard Greens (any mixture of dark, leafy greens)

Beans & Legumes (not green beans, but the dried kind that you soak )
